Newsletter regulations

Regulations define the rules for the implementation of the Service subscription information about services and products GetInData Adam Kawa, Piotr Krewski SC, company registration no. PL5252603485, with address Artura Grottgera 15/1, 00-785 Warsaw, Poland (hereinafter “the Service Provider”)


  1. Regulation – the document specifies the terms of use of the Service Provider’s services by the subscriber.
  2. Portal – the website of the Service Provider available on the following address
  3. Subscriber – a person who provided his e-mail address and accepted the Regulations in order to use the Service and agreed to the processing of his personal data
  4. The Service or subscribe – service consisting in sending e-mails prepared by the Service Provider to subscribers.

The Service rules

  1. The Service is free of charge and voluntarily
  2. To provide The Service, The Service Provider obtains  the e-mail addresses from interested people
  3. The Service is provided only to Subscribers. A Subscriber is a person who:
    • provided their e-mail address in the form available on the website
    • have read and accepted the Regulations,
    • have agreed to the processing of their personal data by the Service Provider,
    • have entered into an agreement for the provision of Services by electronic means by clicking “Submit” next to the field used to enter the e-mail address or sign up for The Service on the form available at the Service Provider’s office.
  4. The Service is implemented by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by the subscriber.
  5. The Service Provider’s Website uses cookies to record Subscriber’s actions on the site (page views and display time) and individually matches the content of the website.

Technical requirements and warnings

  1. In order to use The Service, you should have:
    • Internet access;
    • web browser enabling browsing on the computer screen of hypertext (HTML) documents connected in the Internet network by the Network Service with enabled JavaScript execution and saving of Cookies;
    • an active e-mail address;
  2. The Service Provider undertakes to ensure the highest possible quality and stability of the Website and the Services provided through it, however, it is not liable for the impossibility of using, interruptions and disruptions caused by force majeure or unauthorized activity of third parties.

Complaint Procedure

  1. The Subscriber is entitled to lodge a complaint if the Service Provider fails to fulfill his obligations described in these Regulations or fulfills them in a manner inconsistent with the provisions of the Regulations.
  2. Complaints may be submitted in electronic form to the address The complaint should include in particular a description of the problem being the basis of the complaint.
  3. The Service Provider shall consider the complaint within 30 days from the date of its receipt in the correct form. If the complaint cannot be dealt with at a given time, the Service Provider will notify the complainant within this period about the reasons for the delay and the expected time for considering the complaint.
  4. The response to the complaint is sent to the e-mail address indicated by the advertiser. In special circumstances, the reply may be sent using other means of communication (eg by traditional post).
  5. The Service Provider will not consider complaints resulting from ignorance of the applicable provisions of law or the provisions of the Regulations.
  6. In the event of a breach of the complaint procedure, the complaint may not be accepted.

Cancelling The Service

  1. The Subscriber may terminate the contract for the provision of Services by electronic means by submitting a declaration of will in an e-mail message to the address: The removal of the e-mail address from the subscriber base will take place immediately after the Service Provider receives the message.

Personal data protection

  1. The administrator of the subscribers’ personal data pursuant to art. 4 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC is the Service Provider.
  2. The purpose of data processing is to provide the Service specified in these Regulations.
  3. The Service Provider does not provide for sharing Subscriber data to entities other than those authorized by law. The Service Provider reserves the right to entrust the Service User with other entities in order to provide the service properly.
  4. The data is processed with the consent of the Subscriber and, if necessary, his parent or legal guardian. The subscriber has the right to withdraw consent without affecting the processing which took place until the consent was withdrawn.
  5. The data is processed with the consent of the Subscriber only and the exclusion during the service period. After completing the service, the Service Provider will delete all of the Subscribers’ personal data. Providing the data is voluntary, but necessary to provide the service
  6. The subscriber has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body on the manner of processing his data by the Service Provider.
  7. The subscriber has the right to inspect their data, update it, delete it, transfer it and obtain comprehensive information on the subject. In order to exercise your rights, the Subscriber should send a message to the following e-mail address:

Final provisions

  1. The Regulations have been in force since 24th of May 2018 and are available at
  2. The Service Provider has the right to change the provisions of the Regulations or introduce a new one. The change of the provisions of the Regulations or the introduction of a new Service Provider will notify Subscribers via e-mail.
  3. The new Regulations or changes to the previous provisions shall enter into force after 14 days from the date of notification of the Subscriber to change the provisions of the Regulations or the introduction of a new one unless the Subscriber terminates the contract for the provision of services electronically in the manner specified in the Regulations.
  4. The applicable law is Polish law.
